BJ7 (3000)

The Abingdon factory commissioned another Four Seater Convertible to their Austin Healey 3000 range, dubbed the BJ7 (3000 Mark 2). This model varied quite a bit internally from its predecessor, the BT7. During 1962 and 1963, a total of 6,113 BJ7 models were manufactured, again with the majority being shipped to North America.
John Skinner Ltd can offer a variety of interior parts and kits for a full restoration of your Austin Healey 3000 MK2. This includes fully trimmed Interior Side Panels, and pre-sewn Seat Cover Kits, as well as Carpet and Flooring kits and Soft Top Convertible Hoods.
We can supply kits in a wide variety of colours and materials, catering for both the original Abingdon factory production line specifications, as well as bespoke/custom options. Materials include Leather and Vinyl/Ambla for the Interior Panels and Seat Upholstery, as well as Wool, Karvel, and Armacord options for the flooring. British Everflex PVC and Canvas Mohair Hooding materials also available in a variety of shades.
All parts are manufactured and supplied from our unit in Cheltenham, based less than 50 miles from the original Longbridge and Abingdon plants.
