Kit out your Austin Healey 100-6 BN6 / BN7 3000 with this interior panel and upholstery restoration kit. Available in a variety of materials and colours. See below for more product details and information.
A complete Trim Panel Kit includes the following items:
(01) Footwell A Post Panels:
- Fully trimmed Hardboard Panels.
- Includes trimmed cut out section on Right Hand Footwell, and material to cover associated bodywork.
(02) Main Door Panels:
- Fully trimmed Hardboard Panels.
- Includes Stitch Line around the door pocket opening hole as original for the BN6 / BN7 models.
(03) Inner Door Panels Lining (Pockets):
- Fully trimmed and creased Millboard Panels for the Lower Section of the Inner Door Pocket area, including Stitch Line detail as original for the BN4 models.
- Fully trimmed 3 Piece Hardboard Panels for the Upper Section of the Inner Door Pocket area.
(04) Quarter B Post Panels & Wheel Arch Covers:
- Fully trimmed Plywood Quarter B Post Panels.
- Fully trimmed Millboard and Plywood Front Wheelarch Cover with Top-Stitched detailing.
- Fully trimmed Millboard Rear Wheelarch Cover Panels and pre-sewn and Top-Stitched Rear Wheelarch Bodywork panels.
(05) Dash Top Panel Re-Trim Kit:
- Pre-cut material for re-covering your current plywood Dash Top Panel.
- Pre-sewn Piping is supplied for the left and right edges of the Dash Top.
- For an extra cost, we can also offer a fully trimmed Dash Top Panel supplied on a new plywood panel.
(06) Dash Board Facia Panel Re-Trim Kit:
- Pre-cut material for re-covering your Dashboard Facia Instrument panel.
(07) Parcel Tray Shelf Re-Trim Kit:
- Pre-cut and sewn material cover for re-trimming the metal tray base section of the underdash tray area.
- Pre-cut and edged carpet section for the top section of the underdash tray area.
(08) Upper Door Top Re-Trim Kits:
- Pre-cut materials for re-trimming the upper sections of the Door Panel bodywork.
(09) B Post Stirrup Re-Trim Kit:
- Pre-cut material for re-covering the lower B Post Stirrup panels located on the floor of the B Posts – used to store the Hood Frame metalwork when folded down and disassembled for storage.
(*Not on Illustration) Rear Bulkhead Re-Trim Kit:
- Pre-cut material for re-covering the bodywork area of the Rear Deck Bulkhead area, including the Spare Wheel Cover opening hole.
All individual Trim Panel Kit items are automatically discounted when purchased as a complete “Trim Panel Kit” compared to purchasing these panels separately.

Due to industry-wide inconsistencies in production and record-keeping, it is widely accepted that the interpretation of original shades varies depending on who you ask. As a result, John Skinner Ltd offers multiple “original” shade options for you to make your final choice from. As part of the ordering process, we will arrange for samples to be sent for final confirmation – so browse and shop with complete peace of mind, knowing that we will guide you through step-by-step with all the information you require.
Please note that all materials are subject to colour shade differences between production batches. There may be subtle differences in colour shading between sample cuttings and final production material.
Due to the range of products we offer, and our worldwide customer base, we can only calculate an accurate shipping cost once Your Quote has been received by our Sales Team. As there is no payment required at this stage – use our online shop in full confidence, with zero commitment to purchase – and send us your Quotation request for your interior trim requirements; and we will get in touch directly with you with an updated Quote, which will include the shipment costs.
In the meantime, basic guideline shipping costs are outlined below.
(For all non-UK shipments – the final price per box depends on the size of the box – which is dictated by the items in your final selection)
UK: £10.50 – £20 per box
Europe & European Union: £20 – £120 per box
North America & Canada: £28.50 – £125 per box
Rest of World: £42.50 – £200 per box
Generally speaking, a complete car interior kit (Trim Panels, Carpets, Seat Covers, Boot/Trunk area, Soft Top Hoods etc) normally requires 2 x FULL Size Boxes, with some cars needing slightly less, and some slightly more.

As of January 2021, the UK is no longer part of the European Union (EU). As a result, several changes have been implemented which affects how EU based customers now purchase things from the UK. Here is a brief overview…
The UK Value Added Tax (VAT @ 20%) is no longer applicable to any customers purchasing from outside the UK, assuming these goods leave the UK. To clarify, no VAT (20%) will be charged on initial purchase for any goods leaving the UK.
Instead your local country tax is charged upon importation into that country. This is based on the value of the goods as stated on the customs Invoice we supply. For most European countries – the result of this change is minimal as most local taxes range between 17% and 22% for the large majority of EU based countries. Note that some countries have lower tax rates, and others have higher, this is purely a guideline.
You will be contacted by a customs official upon arrival of the parcels to the destination country – and they will request payment of these taxes.
All shipping agents levy a small administration charge for “clearing customs” normally of a value around €5 – €10.
Our products are 100% UK Manufactured, therefore our products are Tariff/Duty free – meaning that you should not incur additional tariff charges upon importation. It should be noted that we use the HS Commodity Code (Tariff Code) 8708.99.9790 “Parts and accessories of the motor vehicles of headings 8701 to 8708 > Other Parts…” – for the majority of the kits that we supply.
For any Trade or Wholesale Customers – if you provide us with your EORI number – then this is noted at the point of import, allowing you to claim back the Tax from your local government when you issue you tax returns.
